Transformational Coaching
The purpose of our work together is to connect you with your own inner sage. The goal is for you to feel empowered to continue your own path of healing and self-realization. As you embrace your true self you will be able to make choices from this holistic place. Possibilities open up. You will have the clarity and courage to get through your current situation. You will be able to 'feel' and know what is right for you.
The process at a high level is to identify the different voices of the self, connect with our inner sage, release our old stories, identify our deeper needs and desires and set upon a path of co-creating a life that is in harmony with our soul's path. In other words, to be able to move forward with a life we feel good about. We will follow practical steps and proven techniques combined with intuitive guidance and esoteric wisdom. You will need to be committed to self-development and open to innovative approaches. My work draws from a myriad of experiences and studies, from ancient mystical traditions, earth spirituality, energy therapies, shamanic journeying and life coaching. PRIVATE SESSIONS AND PACKAGES
One-on-one private sessions address your specific challenges. We will assess where you need to make shifts. Sometimes stuck patterns are being held in the body. Using intuitive guidance and energy healing techniques we can identify and clear blocks. We will explore other methods to see what might best give voice to the parts of you that need to be heard, understood and integrated. These sessions will be remote by phone or videoconference. You will need to be in a private place and have uninterrupted time. In person sessions may be available depending on your location. Sessions will generally be one hour.
Packages are the most effective way to make progress. The packages include individual sessions, email support and additional tools and resources to practice on your own.
Kickstarter comes with 4 sessions to be scheduled over no more than 2 months. This is best if are ready to jump in and can be accountable to yourself for making progress.
The Monthly program includes 4 sessions per month over a 3-month period. For people who have suffered a loss and are really struggling this is best approach. We will incorporate some additional healing approaches into the sessions. This program is also a good option if you need more support to stay on track.
If you have completed a package, additional individual Follow On Sessions are offered at a discount for at least twelve months.

Personal Intensives are customized programs and may be available by special arrangement.
Please note that I am not a certified or licensed psychotherapist or mental health counselor. Coaching sessions are not a substitute for psychotherapy or psychiatric treatment. Energy therapy techniques are not for primary treatment of physical symptoms. You should seek the advice of your doctor if you are experiencing medical issues.

CEREMONY
I offer public ceremonies from time to time to honor the earth or remind us of our connection to the sacred. These usually take place at the time of the new moon or the full moon. Please keep in touch to receive news about public events. Offerings may be in your area or online.
